At Bellas Bakery HQ, we love a good cheesecake, it’s my absolute favourite. Home baking and cooking have always been passions of mine and you’ll often find me in the kitchen. Over the years I have tried many different baked goods from many different places and only a few seem to really have that home baked touch and not feel like they’re over produced.
The absolute favourite among thousands and of course myself. I pride myself on my cheesecakes, they are the perfect light and delicious birthday cake without all the sponge. I have many say they are not a fan of cheesecake until they try mine! With one secret ingredient I know how to make the most incredible cheesecake. It doesn’t make a lot to make a good cheesecake but it’s what you put in it that makes it the best and making sure you get the best consistency for everyone. I can guarantee if you try my cheesecake you’ll fall in love!
You can just imagine what my amazing blondies taste like. In a huge amount of different flavours including Kinder, Crunchie honeycomb, Galaxy, Salted Caramel, Rolo, Milkyway Crispy Roll, Raspberry & White Chocolate and Jammie Dodger, all my blondies come in one base flavour and you choose the scrummy toppings.
Bella’s Bakery Brownies are definitely a winner! I pride myself on using all the best produce and loads and loads of the highest quality chocolate. Each tray of brownies is made with love and of course a couple thousand calories, that’s what makes them so very delicious though. The perfect brownie consists of a crunchie outside and a melt in the middle soft centre with a few large chunks of chocolate.
Bella’s Bakery cookies are absolutely delicious because every single cookie made has a melt in the middle stuffed centre. My favourite flavour is Crunchie; there is nothing better then a rich ‘melt in the mouth ‘chocolate honeycomb centre. All cookies can come in multiple flavours
We are based in the beautiful and historic Naval town of Plymouth. We are a well established home based bakery and pride ourselves on our high quality baked goods that uses only the finest locally sourced ingredients. We are registered with Plymouth City Council, fully insured and certified to Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene standards.
